1) Orders

1.1. How do I place an order on NorthCrafts?

Select your product → choose options if applicable → add to cart → enter your shipping details → complete checkout.
Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

1.2. Can I change my order after placing it?

You may request changes (shipping address, item options, quantity) within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

1.3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or packing. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


2) Payments

2.1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure and widely used payment methods, including:

  • Credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Shopify-approved secure payment gateways

2.2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. NorthCrafts does not store or have access to your full payment card details.


3) Shipping (USA & Worldwide)

3.1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3.2. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 15–30 business days

  • Other international destinations: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

3.3. When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is sent by email within 24–72 hours after your order is dispatched.

3.4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. If no updates show after that period, please contact our support team.

3.5. Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items or items shipping from different locations may arrive in separate packages. You will still receive all items from the same order.

3.6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.

3.7. What if my order is delayed?

If delays occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues, we will assist you in tracking your shipment. Significant delays will be handled in accordance with our customer support and protection policies.


4) Returns & Refunds

4.1. Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes. NorthCrafts accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • Original tags are attached

  • Original packaging and accessories are included

4.2. What is the return or exchange process?

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed

4.3. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

4.4. What items are non-returnable?

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Final Sale / Clearance items (clearly marked)


5) Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

5.1. What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and items received. We’ll verify and resolve the issue promptly.

5.2. What if my item arrived defective?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


6) Product Care & Use

6.1. How should I care for my leather product?

Each product includes basic care guidance. Leather is a natural material and should be kept away from excessive moisture, heat, and chemicals.

6.2. Will my leather product change over time?

Yes. Natural leather develops patina and character with use. Variations in texture or color are part of the material’s natural aging process and are not considered defects.


7) Warranty & Quality Commitment

7.1. Do NorthCrafts products come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period is stated in our Warranty Policy or on the product page.

7.2. What is NorthCrafts’ quality commitment?

Every product is carefully inspected before shipment. We focus on craftsmanship, durability, and long-term use.
