These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from NorthCrafts, a brand of Northfield Goods LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material, so grain, small marks and color vary between pieces, and screens show colors differently. Fit information is given on product pages and guides. Please check it before ordering.

Made to order and personalization

Most products are made to order. You are responsible for checking the spelling and content of any personalization, and for choosing the correct key type, phone model or size. Made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. See our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, plus any shipping and taxes shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier address you gave us, except that we will replace parcels lost in transit as described in our policies.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy them without written permission. Car, phone and watch brand names are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with those brands.

Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account password secure. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
