NorthCrafts stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of every product we create. This Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made directly through the official NorthCrafts website.


1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty stitching, bonding, or material defects

  • Defects in closures, straps, hardware, or structural components

  • Items that arrive defective upon delivery (not caused by use)


2. Warranty Period

  • Standard warranty period: 90 days from the delivery date (based on tracking information)

  • Certain products may carry a different warranty period, which will be clearly stated on the product page


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, or unauthorized modifications

  • Improper care or maintenance, including exposure to water, chemicals, excessive heat, or incorrect cleaning

  • Cuts, tears, abrasions, chemical damage, or damage caused by external force

  • Final Sale or Clearance items (where clearly indicated)

Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. Variations in texture, color, or patina are considered part of the product’s natural aging process and are not defects.


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name and email used at checkout

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team typically responds within 24–48 business hours.


5. Warranty Resolution

After reviewing and validating your claim, NorthCrafts may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product (same or equivalent item)

  • Replacement parts or accessories (where applicable)

  • A partial or full refund if a replacement is not available

All warranty decisions are made by NorthCrafts following inspection and assessment.


6. Important Notes

  • This warranty does not replace or extend our Return & Refund Policy. For preference-based returns or exchanges, please refer to that policy.

  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that fall outside the coverage outlined above or that lack sufficient supporting evidence.
