Shipping policy

NorthCrafts orders are made by hand in our workshop and shipped with tracking to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

When your order ships

Most items are made to order. Orders ship within 3 to 4 business days. Personalized items can take longer. This is the time before your order leaves our workshop, not the delivery time.

Delivery estimates

After shipment: usually 7 to 18 days. Parcels travel in two stages, first with an international carrier and then with the local postal service. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and holidays can add delays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $5. Orders of $60 or more ship free. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email you tracking information when your order ships. Tracking can pause while a parcel changes carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date or delivery date. See our Refund and Exchange Policy.
