• All NorthCrafts leather phone sleeves are made to order. We do not accept returns. Please read the description carefully before ordering. You may contact us directly for more details and we will respond as soon as possible.

• By default, our leather phone sleeves are designed to fit phones without any silicone or protective case attached. The sleeve will not fit phones with an outer case unless exact dimensions are provided.

• If you are using a silicone or protective case, please measure the phone with the case attached and send us the dimensions. Silicone cases vary in thickness, so accurate measurements are required.

• Measurements in inches are acceptable, but millimeters are preferred for better accuracy. The more precise the measurements, the better the fit.

• If incorrect measurements are provided and you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the order is created.

• Some phone sleeve designs use hidden magnets for closure. These provide a clean appearance but are not as strong as visible button magnets or snap buttons.

  • Visible button magnets or snap buttons can be used on any phone sleeve upon request.

  • Please contact us if you prefer a more secure closure and we will adjust it for you.
