NorthCrafts is an online store for made-to-order small leather goods: key fob covers for more than 30 car makes, watch straps and Apple Watch bands, phone holsters and sleeves, wallets, card holders and bag charms. Most pieces are cut and finished by hand after you order, and many can carry a name, initials or a logo. Orders ship within 3–4 business days, with tracking, to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

What does NorthCrafts make?

How a made-to-order piece gets made

Your order tells us the color, the fit and any name you entered. Then the piece goes through a few steps at the bench. Not every piece goes through every step. A wallet is not shaped like a key cover.

1. Marked out. The leather is measured and marked.
2. Shaped. A key cover is worked to the shape of one key type. That is why you choose your Key Type before you order.
3. Punched. Holes are punched with a mallet and iron.
4. Put together. The parts come together at the bench.
5. Edges finished. The edges get their last pass.
6. Shipped. You get a tracking number by email.

How long does NorthCrafts take to ship?

Because most pieces are made after you order, there are two parts to the wait.

Parcels travel with an international carrier first and then with your national postal service, so tracking can pause for a few days between the two. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient unless they were collected at checkout. Returns, exchanges and repairs

Almost everything we sell is made to order, often with a name on it. So we are direct about what we can take back.

• We replace items that arrive defective or damaged, are lost in transit, are the wrong item, are missing parts, or are personalized differently from what you ordered. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. If we cannot replace it, we refund the item price.
• We cannot take back a piece for a change of mind, or for a wrong size, key type or phone model chosen at checkout.
• After 14 days, you can ask about a repair. We tell you the cost and timing before you send anything.

Is NorthCrafts legit?

Here is the honest answer. NorthCrafts is a new store. We do not have public reviews yet, and we would rather show you nothing than show you something that is not real. Every review that appears on our product pages will come from a real buyer. We do not pay for reviews or write them ourselves, and we do not remove a review because it is critical. That promise is on our Reviews page.

So do not take our word for it. Here is how to check any new store, including us:

1. Read the policies before you pay. Ours spell out what we replace, what we do not, and the 14-day window. Our Terms of Service name the company behind the store: NorthCrafts is a brand of Northfield Goods LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. The Warranty & Return Policy applies to every order.
2. Check the costs at checkout. Shipping is shown before you pay: $5, or free from $60.
3. Ask a question first. Use our contact page to ask about fit before you order. Send a photo of your key or your phone model and see how we answer.
4. Watch for tracking. We email a tracking number when your order ships.
5. Pay with protection. A credit card gives you your card issuer's dispute process if an order never arrives.

NorthCrafts vs Northcraft: not the same company

If you search for "Northcraft" without the s, you will find businesses in other fields that have nothing to do with us. We are NorthCrafts, written as one word with a capital N and C, and we only make small leather goods. If a page about "Northcraft" is not about leather key covers, straps, holsters or wallets, it is not us.

Can I personalize a NorthCrafts piece?

Many pieces can carry a name or initials, and select pieces can carry a design or a logo, at no extra cost. The product page shows what is available. We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, with tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only before production starts. Contact us as soon as you can.

Can you add a gift note?

Not at the moment. We recommend adding your own card when you give the gift.

Is there a discount code?
