NorthCrafts delivers to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Every order is made the same way and ships with tracking, wherever you are.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider converts the amount and may add a conversion fee.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $5 to all four countries. Orders of $60 or more ship free, with no code needed. You see the cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Most pieces are made after you order, so your order ships within 3–4 business days. Personalized pieces can take a little longer. Delivery then takes about 7–18 days. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs checks, holidays and busy seasons can add delays.
Packages travel with an international carrier first, then with your national postal service, so tracking can pause for a few days between the two.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Your package crosses an international border. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout. If they were not collected, the carrier or postal service may ask you to pay them before delivery. The amount depends on your country's rules and the value of your order.

Address and delivery problems
Check your address before you pay. To change it, contact us before production starts. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within the 14-day claim window. Once confirmed, we replace it. See our Warranty & Return Policy.
