What it costs

Standard shipping is a flat $5. Orders of $60 or more ship free, with no code needed. You see the cost at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

Most pieces are made after you order, so your order ships within 3–4 business days. Personalized pieces can take a little longer. Delivery then takes about 7–18 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, holidays and busy seasons can add delays. If a date matters, order early.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Packages travel with an international carrier first, then with your national postal service, so tracking can pause for a few days between the two. If it has not moved for a long time, contact us with your order number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Packages cross an international border. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout.
