Watch Strap Size & Wrist Guide

1. Measure the lug width

The lug width is the gap between the two lugs, where the strap attaches. Measure it in millimeters.

  • Women's and small watches usually use 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm or 14 mm.
  • Men's watches usually use 18 mm to 24 mm.

Choose the lug width that matches your watch. The buckle is sized to suit the strap.

2. Measure your wrist

Wrap a flexible tape or a strip of paper around your wrist where the watch sits, mark the overlap, and measure it. Add the size you prefer for comfort. Where a product offers a length choice, note your wrist size in the order notes or message us after ordering.

Apple Watch bands

Choose the band that matches your case size (38/40/41 mm or 42/44/45/46/49 mm) and the adapter color (silver, gold or black). Our bands fit the Apple Watch case sizes listed on the product page.
